Arizona Fights Back

Boycott Businesses in the CITY of Sacramento

On June 15th, 2010, the Sacramento City Council voted to place economic sanctions on the State of Arizona.  We believe that local and state governments should not initiate economic sanctions against fellow Americans, and to prove our point, we intend to fight fire with fire.  Members of Boycott Sacramento have decided that the City of Sacramento is undeserving of our tax money, and so to prevent them from receiving their .75% share of sales tax, we have decided to boycott businesses located within the city limits.  It is unfortunate that many local businesses will be hurt in this showdown, but we didn't start this fight.  Business owners should contact their city council members to express their dismay.

It's easy to do.  Just don't buy any products within city limits that have a sales tax.  There are lots of nearby businesses ready to accept your patronage, try Arden-Arcade, Elk Grove, Rancho Cordova, Citrus Heights or Roseville.  Don't forget to let businesses that you used to frequent know why you've stopped patronizing them!
